A longtime  dream come true

I have loved dark chocolate since I was a very young child in Scotland. My favorite movie growing up was of course Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory and I had dreams and aspirations of one day having a chocolate shop to call my own. That was a very long time ago and the wistful imaginings of a young girl.

Fast forward 40+ years and I find myself shut down for Covid with time on my hands. After spending the first few weeks doing all kinds of odd jobs around my business I decided to do something fun just for me. A quick internet search and I found an online Professional Chocolatier course!
