Valentines Bon bons 2024

All bon bons contain; Unsweetened chocolate, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Soy lecithin added as emulsifier, Natural vanilla flavour, Whole milk powder, Sugar, Glucose, Cream, Butter and Sea Salt.

Some fillings will contain, Invert sugar, Dextrose and very small amounts of Sorbitol. - Strawberry puree, Raspberry Puree, Passionfruit puree, whole candied Hazelnuts, whole Candied Pistachio, Hazelnut praline, Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar, freeze dried raspberries, freeze dried yuzu, lime zest, Cassis extract, Vanilla Pods, Lavender buds, Irish Whiskey, Cinnamon, Cayenne and Citric Acid.

Blackberry Caramels, Local blackberry puree, cream, butter, sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, citric acid, soy lecithin.

Coffee Caramels, Honduran Coffee beans (River City), butter, sugar, glucose syrup, baking soda, cocoa butter.

Brazil Nut Caramels, Cream, butter, sugar, glucose syrup, sea salt baking soda, cocoa butter, toasted Brazil Nuts.
